What? No Fram?
Hmmm. I will have to visit Detectorists territory another time.
Count me as a possible for Ayton 2, although it's only a week after The Other Partizan (which moves to Oct in in 2020).

Sorry Phil, no, although we were sort of expecting you this year. The venue is increasing it's costs next year, and is more a compromise anyway as tables and lighting are not the best, that and travelling issues for many of those who want to come. A second Ayton has been something we have contemplated for a while.
Rules? You ask me what rules do I use. No, I don't do rules.

Duly booked for Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th October 2020. Sadly, the Astronomical society is in on the Friday till 10pm, but that may change. I'll assume you're all arriving on the Friday though, so I'll make due arrangement with the local sheep, troll and harpies.

Excellent. Duly noted in the oversized filofax.

I think we should scope out this astronomical society. No one in Ayton is going go subscribe to a spherical earth theory so I can only imagine what goes on. Though I could be wrong, could just be people bemoaning how expensive stuff is. :EB:

Two words for those enquiring after the Ayton Astronomical Society. "Wicker", "Man".

Thx Tim. That makes sense, although I was only ever a slight possibility for this year's Fram... Other stuff got in the way.
