Re: What's on your workbench?

I have been looking at Fire and Fury and have bought a copy of the new version of the Brigade rules. I have not played F&F since the mid 90s.

I have decided to revamp and rebase my 25+ year old collection. In all I have some 800 figures so this may take some time.

Here are the first 2 test bases on 40 by 30mm.

Excellent! I absolutely love BFF 2nd Edition.

Top tip: It's worth making some range-sticks for the various weapon types to speed up calculation of fire points: http://www.jemimafawr.co.uk/2020/02/01/ ... it-my-way/

Very nice Andy and Ilkley. The bases came out well, Ilkley. Rebasing is my great hate, so I'm impressed you're doing it voluntarily.

That sounds like a good idea. BTW I also have enough 10mm ACW on 2cm square basess to have a go on my kitchen table.

I don't mind rebasing as it's a lot easier than painting figures and it means I might actually get my old collections back on the table.

Iain loves rebasing and will do it at every opportunity. Often when it’s not even needed.

I can see your point, mate, but it's a job I hate.

 Might ye be exaggerating just a little, Jeremy? :)

No, really I’m not. He usually takes perfectly acceptable conventional basing and does something weird. For absolutely no reason

As long as he's enjoying it, why not?

It's a diverse hobby, some paint, some collect, some play and some rebase...
