Re: What's on your workbench?
Some Gendarmes which Tim Hall kindly sent me recently.
There is no point in being stupid if you don't show it!

Minifigs 25mm ECW – that last lot that I'm intending to paint for a very long time.

Re: What's on your workbench?
Well, my army for Ayton is almost complete. Starting on the limbers tonight, then that will be it. This has been my most ambitious project ever. 50 weeks ago I started and since then I’ve done 281 infantry and gunners, 57 cavalry and generals and 4 guns, just for this army. I got sidetracked by WW2 in the middle and painted odds and sods for that too...

WW2 can be quite a sidetrack, ask Musso, Adolf and Tojo.

Brilliant effort Jeremy, well done mate.
Shame though, cos Henry says that with the Gateway's legendary fighting powers your lot may not be needed, and might stay on the ship for the duration

Fantastic! We’re only there for the rapine and plunder - I mean diplomatically advancing Albions overseas interests - anyway

Worth noting that the only European Fascist dictator who decided to watch from the sidelines outlasted all of them.
I know when to go out
I know when to stay in
Get things done

Fantastic effort Jeremy. But can they fight? Good job you're the forlorn hope at Ayton!
Why us? Cos we're 'ere lad, nobody else.
