It is, isn’t it- both inspired and copyable.

All of that looks rather magnificent - hurry up retirement!

Glad you all like the Blucher stand. Please copy shamelessly.

VB- 10k... I've got some catching up to do. One of the things I've made an effort towards in the last couple years is to minimize the number of skirmish and posse games I commit to. Just an endless rabbit hole of stuff I end up wanting to paint to LAF competition standards. Meanwhile, despite some novel mechanics, there's just not much tactical problem solving to do in many of those rules -- much "game", little "war"...

So, want to get my Napoleonics covered, then work on some 17th and 18th century division-is sized projects like GNW, etc. Have two forces for Fire and Sword which are good fun to paint. I'll start a new thread for those.

In the meantime, a bit more of what's on the go for Napoleon...

Their Bavarian bros..and some Wurttembergers

And some Austrians, which I've decided to postpone in favor of the Peninsular. Such a cool looking army, but tedious to paint...

It's quite possible, as I bought up a lot of second-hand Peninsula British to convert into Bavarians for a bit (actually a LOT) more variety - and more accuracy as the British kit and clothing are actually closer to what the Bavarians wore in the field. I am somewhat under the cosh workwise, as the moment, but I can look them up at the weekend.

I shan’t stop posting pictures till I see that you’re properly pulled in to this madness beyond the point of no return!

I think EB's front door actually constitutes "the point of no return".
