Aliens?
Yes, very Hadleigh's Hope. Damn fine work Dave.
I've just finished 6 Spanish troops from the Armada, entirely motivated by watching the TV and not the Sicillians I should be working on. I fear I've been naughty and Santa won't stop by.

Re: What's on your workbench?
Interestingly (or not, if you happen to have a life), I recently found out that the line from the song is:
"gonna find out who's naughty and nice" and not "naughty or nice" (as many people think).
Thus, all you need to do is perform one nice act, and bingo, you have fulfilled the criteria regardless of how many naughty things you may have done.
Always good to read the small print, I find.

My learned friend has not taken all examples into account:

https://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/faithhi ... otown.html

But Tamar Braxton supportsyour theory:

except he/she has bad or good which contradicts it a bit.
The good news is that Dolly Parton is on your side; the bad news is, so is Justin Bieber.

I suppose that there are worse ways to go than slitting your wrists whilst nestling your head in Ms Parton's assets.

'Twas Christmas Eve in the signal box and not a creature was stirring... Which is bloody brilliant, as I've managed to finish off the Middle Guard and get a complete Austrian Freiwillige unit done from start to finish!

I have been painting one miniature for a week now. I have my first rifleman for my Sharp Practice army. At this rate I might have a pair of armies in a couple of years if I do nowt else.
Re: What's on your workbench?
Same as every day... Foggy, soggy ones.
Sunday shifts are always quiet (get into work at 0545 and no trains for the first five hours, with a reduced service from then on ) and as it's Christmas, the techs and navvies who usually plague me between trains are either booked off, or are away working on one of the major engineering projects.

I have 126 15mm horses on the workbench
Mostly AB but about 36 Minifigs that have been stripped and are in for repainting because they were amongst the first I painted years ago - I prefer to paint horses in large numbers
