I have 126 15mm horses on the workbench
Mostly AB but about 36 Minifigs that have been stripped and are in for repainting because they were amongst the first I painted years ago - I prefer to paint horses in large numbers
That's a lot of horses.
I always stick the rider to the horse first and paint the whole thing as one.

Much easier and quicker to paint the horseseseseses if they are riderless
Tomorrow - Eidai German Secret Strongpoint. Wanted one since it came out and was reviewed in Airfix Magazine in 1973. Finally found one a few weeks ago. Of course I might not get round to it.
Today - painting the new MDF bases for the S Range Austrian cavalry I got from Brendan - the infantry are already done.
i used to run a file over the two areas to be glued and then glue riders before painting because metal to metal creates a stronger bond than paint to piant.
