Re: Pointy Sticks, Macedonians!
Not coins, 16mm washers so I could get them nice and tight. The base is the size of a business card.
Re: Pointy Sticks, Macedonians!
Oh yes. That's a bit worrying, I'd had a close look and concluded they were on a single base. A testament to the quality of the basing, rather than my rubbish eyesight........I hope.Vintage Wargaming wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2020 12:07 pmBut they look like they are mounted on coins and then placed in movement trays?

Re: Pointy Sticks, Macedonians!
It's been a long time since I painted completed units, but from what I recall, it's always the last knockings that are the hardest to finish - good job though. Two questions - (1) is the "uniform" hat historically accurate, or just something you've don to pick them out; and (2) is it not going to be a bit fiddly getting shield transfers onto guys this closely packed?FreddBloggs wrote: ↑Thu Jun 11, 2020 12:38 pm Another 9 Pikemen done, these have been like pulling teeth!
Kein Plan überlebt den ersten Kontakt mit den Würfeln. (No plan survives the first contact with the dice.)
