Very nice. Surely Britain is there to support Hannover.
Love the idea, always toyed with the idea of an 1860'ish world war myself, but it is a long way back on the todo list.

I think HM Vicky was a little miffed when the Hanoverians decided not to make her queen. She never seemed to give much of a bugger about them after that.

Thanks guys, much appreciated.
I was very disappointed to read that we stopped ruling Hanover in 1837 - as Grizz says we probably stopped giving a damn about them in return! I had been thinking of doing some Hanoverians in red to join the British, but I suppose as I've cancelled the Crimean War in my setting, I could change a little bit more history.
