Decided to switch it up and move onto some Dwarves. I bought this figure nearly thirty years ago. Teenage me was a terrible painter so he was stripped and given a new lease on life.

Thank you! They’re the Scale 75 Fantasy range. HMS Priapus got me onto them.

Jeremy - How do you paint your "red" hair? I realise that these guys are all the same tone, but I imagine a range of washes would alter that. I have a SAGA warband of Bad Squiddo shield maidens whom I would like to paint up entirely as red-heads of varying hues.

Two highlights of the last one. Substituting or adding reds, browns or yellows will have varying effects. These slayers hair is (historically ) dyed so not that natural.

Excellent stuff, You've done a really nice job on those
I love dwarves. I'd love to get that first standard bearer figure if I could with the dragon - any idea where from?
I would of course paint the Dragon in the only proper colour for Dragons and that would be in red of course

Cheers! He’s Ungrim Ironfist the Slayer King. You can still get him on EBay though he’s not that cheap anymore unfortunately. I’ve had him now for thirty years so am lucky. Keep an eye out though as sometimes you can pick up a bargain
