I would like to think it's pretty much a mandatory consideration. Many of us are of an age or have health conditions/significant others with health conditions that are a worry.

What time is the train due in?FreddBloggs wrote: ↑Thu Nov 18, 2021 3:13 pm One llast question, is there a cab firm at seamer? Or a local cab number a kind soul or peeler could share. I will likely hit there as you are munching dinner.

I’ve taken 5 in the last 4 weeks for gaming commitments so will be doing it regardless.

The other delight of arriving in Scarbados is that it doesn't leave you marooned on a platform surrounded by track, looking for the way out.Essex Boy wrote: ↑Thu Nov 18, 2021 5:43 pmDid you get an answer, Fred?FreddBloggs wrote: ↑Thu Nov 18, 2021 3:13 pm One llast question, is there a cab firm at seamer? If you're arriving by train, it may be easier to carry on to Scarborough and get a bus or taxi from there. It's only a ten minute ride to Ayton in a cab and they're parked just outside the station.

A good point, well made. Seamer station is a bit cut off.......even from Seamer.
