3mm signmakers foam board, bit of 10mm ply from a skip and some mount board.

Rather nice, and shows a very precise hand with a cutter... Mine would be all over the place, so I am hugely grateful for 3d printing

Exactly my first thought, too. Can't wait to see Fredd's efforts at a 6mm Gary Cooper.

That's a very smart fort, "Fort Zinderneuf" is the best name for a fort in the sands.
Failing that the "fort of the doomed garrison" but its not got a great feel to it
and it buggers up the troops morale.

don't I have some 54mm Legionairres as well!
