They might have been a bit more friendly if they weren't trying to please a rozzer whose drinking companions were a bunch of kids in their mid teams. You can see how that might have put them ill at ease.

Ah, but I'd left all the kids at the scout camp, playing with a fast moving river and an open fire. I was on me own in the boozer. Apart from all the other people who were in there too.

Excellent work! Really like the texture - looks like its been repainted in the field over and over.

I think I saw that in a barn in northern Victoria once.
I knew a Kiwi once who reckoned his dad had a Bob Semple tank in the barn. After the war, they bought it for the dozer and just lifted the ärmour off and put the blade back on.
