Wouldn't 1/50 actually give a bigger model than 1/56, which is the more usually quoted "scale" for 28mm figures?
Personally, I think it looks all right - none of the "ripples" you see on a lot of 3DP models with flat surfaces.

I dont think they really scale them accurately. I've ordered some more so we'll see if they match. No one in Kumbahyah will care. We make use all kinds of things.

Some of the others look more 'ropey', with the FDM layers creating an odd textureBaronVonWreckedoften wrote: ↑Wed Mar 03, 2021 6:59 pm Wouldn't 1/50 actually give a bigger model than 1/56, which is the more usually quoted "scale" for 28mm figures?

Definately an all dayer. It tends to get messy in Kumbahyah. Didnt we extend it over the weekend one year as things got out of hand?

Not so much "out of hand" more that a very good time was being had I think.

Mark, at present the idea I am kicking around is that we have the Kumbayah game on the day you are doing your Napoleonic thing, and the 42mm shiny game on the other day. EB tells me you are coming on Saturday, so for us, it will Steamy Jungles in 28mm on Saturday, and 42mm blood in the English shires on Sunday.Ilkley Old School wrote: ↑Thu Mar 04, 2021 5:12 pmIs this going to be an all day game or 1/2 day session ?
