If Xan have the Court rulings you've said and if they are enforceable in the UK then surely they already have all they need to get a writ to seize the stock?

I think it boils down to the court rulings having been taken out against Capitan, who then claimed to have destroyed the moulds, only for suspiciously-identical moulds to mysteriously turn up in the possession of Stonewall and thus needing a new court battle in the UK... Or something...
