There are only 2 appropriate characteristics which will apply to all the players:

"Random Drunk" or
"Permanent Drunk"

"Random Drunk" or

Other inebriation choices are available......

Ah yes, Zambucca - either a large, fast-flowing river or the warlike peoples (perhaps also large and fast-flowing) inhabiting its banks.
