Re: Napoleonic Buffet
That's a good point. Napoleonics is already on your declared project list!

Re: Napoleonic Buffet
Catching you all up on my Lost Years from the forum has been the silver lining of being home sick. So, here's some of the Napoleonics in action... in no particular order, as I can't remember the sequence! One of several GdA games in the last year.
Clearly, I need to paint some limbers...

Re: Napoleonic Buffet
Are those Bavarian dragoons in the last photo? If so, good on you - most people only seem to do 1812+ which means only chevauxlegers.
Kein Plan überlebt den ersten Kontakt mit den Würfeln. (No plan survives the first contact with the dice.)

Re: Napoleonic Buffet
Thanks, gentlemen. More to follow in due course.
Baron - those are indeed Bavarian Dragoons, 1809 campaign and all that. So, my Saxons will be in the old uniforms when I get to them as well, which I prefer to the late war versions.
Painted this wounded hussar and mule riding French army surgeon up yesterday between bouts of flu stuff... not sure what I'll use them to indicate but good table dressing regardless, so of course no justification required. I've got a ton of different Capitan characters and wounded figures for such vignettes. Some nice selections in their range.
This pic is a little bleached but you all get the idea.
