Nice result Jeremy. Can I ask what you used for the groundwork in the stables and sty? (Oh, and the thatch colour?) Nice attention to detail with the mosaics too.

Ta. In the stables, I had some burnt umber craft paint and I cut up an old house paint brush and glued it down. The sty is just sand, some light umber craft paint and strong tone wash.

The thatch is also burnt umber and a grey drybrush

Nice work on the stables. I must have a hunt around for old brushes and repurpose that idea.
