I've recently been reminding myself why I hate painting 28mm figures with some AWI (British 2nd Light Infantry Bn & 2nd Grenadier Bn, plus the 2nd Maryland Continentals and some generals). I also managed to do the Saxon Carabiniersgarde in 15mm for our forthcoming Kolin refight:

Having got bored with C18th Civilians and still struggling with finishing some C18th cuirassiers I thought I needed a break so... Some C18th Irish in foreign service started... I hate painting straps...

Very nice, RMD. I do like your revolting Americans- the mix of uniforms and mufti works well.
