I have them, but not played them yet.
And all my figures are saboted in 28mm these days , one of the good things from the mdf revolution.

or do it in 6mm....
I can recommend a range of orcs and by the time you have them unpainted High Elves should be around.

Magnetising your individual figures to a flat group base for movement/convenience works. You can go full sabot of course, just don't be that bloke who keeps the 20 figure sabot on the table when there's one figure left in the unit.

I might order some sticky mag paper... Hang on, that could give the wrong impression. Some self adhesive magnetic sheet. And stick it to some 40mm bases. And paint it brown...
