Not my best work but struggling with eyesight and crap lighting atm. I tried speed paints on the darker horses and not convinced. Might need to watch some youtube tutorials, had a lot of pooling.

They're splendid, Tim.

Eye issues? That sounds worrying.

Working on an C18th group for Lace Hulk...because...well it's only 11 1/2 months away y'know!
Work in progress pic. Including an OSL experiment.
Some figures are more progressed than others.

Not much getting done here. Just the mounted leader stands for my WotR figures. These were done quickly, for a game last Wednesday. The flags are home printed, using the Freezywater plates as references.

With the Reichsarmee finished, I'm now looking at expanding my French and Hanoverian-Allied SYW armies, starting with some light troops for both sides. The first completed unit is the 3rd Battalion of the Legion Britannique. If you're not familiar with them, they were a bunch of PoWs, deserters and ne'er-do-wells, consisting of five battalions and five dragoon squadrons, raised at British expense to serve alongside the Hanoverian Army. If nothing else, they were a colourful bunch, with a variety of different coat and facing colours:

Nice, mate. The Legion Britannique even made Fred's Freikorps look disciplined.
