He's starting late this year.
Wish I was with you but I'm trapped in tea cooking, bathing, bedding, work and last minute painting. Have one for me!

Re: Ayton 3rd-5th May, 2024
Well, Caroline's hospital visit has fortunately revealed nothing sinister so, as long as she's recovered from the sedation, I plan to leave early tomorrow morning and arrive in Ayton around 2pm. I hope those who are there already have a fantastic day's gaming tomorrow.
Why us? Cos we're 'ere lad, nobody else.

So I went to the VH this morning & it's empty so I take it you've all gone? A right good weekend had, thank you all for coming, esp those who put games on, and have a safe journey home. I'm already home.
Could you all check & if anyone finds glasses in a green case within their boxes, let Simon know.
If anyone is missing any keys, contact Paul because he'll probably have them.
Time for a snooze I think ....

It was indeed an excellent weekend. Especially as I won both my games. Only possible because Gary was involved in neither
Thanks to Peeler for organising, Tim and Iain for the excellent ACW game, Peeler for being an able co-victor, Pemps and Tim for losing, Simon for his outstanding Lace Hulk (did I mention I won my game?) and everyone else for being most excellent company.
It were good.
