Muster Miniatures?

A question for the Hive mind.

I've recently bought Vexillias 18mm Ottoman range (Late C18th/early C19th) with a view to possibly adding to it and marketing it under the name 'Muster Miniatures.

Now I can't believe that the name has not already been used, but can't find any sign of a Wargames firm using it. I've done all the normal searches but have a nagging doubt that I've missed something!

Does anyone recall a company called 'Muster Miniatures' or something similar? I'm keen to avoid the mess that Footsore got into a few months back so any help would be appreciated.

That’s an interesting venture Paul hope it all goes well. I’ve never heard the name or anything similar. The only thing I can spot is an American company called muster box that does display cases but that’s it.

If you are starting off with Turkish figures I’d call it Miniatures of Delight

Muster will be a used term in wargames companies as a search engine check shows, but I don’t recall a Muster Miniatures.

IIRC these figures were originally ‘The One Tree’ miniatures. If I buy some from you, I’ll have bought them from all three owners of the range.

How about Big Turban? Jingling Johnny? Whirling Dervish?

I reckon Musty Miniatures would be a good name as most of what we buy usually ends up a mouldering in dark cupboards :o
