Problem is that it's the period between 6 and 9 when I should be showering, doing stump exercises, talking to people in Chile and Canada, and then opening my email in preparation for the day's work.

You can sword-fight cultists in the shower.
I do it all the time.
Also, just read out your mail in a Germanic accent and get bonus XPs for being in character.

how Would you deal with a gelatinous cube in the shower?
I imagine the only way to tackle it would be nakedly.

By the way I have zero experience role playing. Does that matter?

Isn’t tackling everything naked always your first option?

Fear not Purps, we will be gentle with you. I haven’t DM’d in 20 years so it’s much the same. I’d say just be yourself, but do we really want that? :?
