Re: Philosophical question of the day: basing

That was crystal clear to me after being subjected to the texts and WhatsApp messages of some of my co-workers. Re: What are people buying?

I'm contemplating using them as three squads of six with one LMG's and a heavy duty support section with the Jimpy and the other three L4's along with 2 very busy loaders.

Net worth?

Aside from that, my visit to the club tonight found me offering a good home to 24 Mongrel Miniatures BAOR British infantry. They should mix in with my Marines and Paras. On their own they are a bit overgunned having 6 LMG's and a GMPG.

Re: What's on your workbench?

Technically I could but it would be very hazardous to my health.

On an additional note GW's Militarum Green contrast paint makes a decent base for US uniforms. It will need some lighter touches for the fading on the jackets.

Re: What are people buying?

I wouldn't blame Hermes in my case, it was the original packaging that was at fault. The courier did put it in the empty bin which kept it out of view and weatherproof.

Re: What are people buying?

The FoW/ Battlegroup army arrived yesterday. Sadly the packaging wasn't really sufficient to survive the tender care of Hermes. I arrived home to find a note telling me that the parcel was in the brown bin. As far as I can see, everything is there but lots of wheels and tracks need to be reattached....
