It's the Westfalia forge one.
It was available from Crann Tara, I'm not sure if it still is now they're owned by Caliver.

I don't think it does. Is it a small repairable patch? In the past I have dug out the sticky bit with a scalpel and rebuilt with milliput (greenstuff didn't stick) but if it is a slab with essentially a liquid core it won't be worth it. Not sure whether it workes on painted resin but Ultraviolet light is normally the answer. UV light fittings are available as the type used in nail parlours.
