Hope to be putting on a DBN, depending on Alex's movements.

Thanks to Leon, we're booked in with a DBN game table, feel free to join in.

Not sure which day, obviously....

What a pleasant day was had. Despite being out the house at the ungodly hour of 7amish. Put on a DBN Borodino with Alex, chatted to quite a few interested people, and had some good vibes and comments. A fair few LaW chaps in attendance throughout the day, though I was concerned that Norman had taken a particular interest in two German children. Didn't buy anything at the show, although there was a fair number of traders there as well as a good selection of varied games on display. Well done Leon!
We called into Whitby on the way home, and were treated to a gobby chap being gassed and tasered by police, on the swing bridge, with a generally appreciative public applauding, followed by a very nice steak pie at Trenchers.
All in all, a good day out 😁

Yes it was a great show, well done Leon it goes from strength to strength each year.

Good to catch up with various LAWers and to meet Vintage W and Wingco for the first time.

That Jacklex stand was great. Got to say I’m tempted.

You could buy just a few Jacklex figures.

Reiner’s a Bavarian Barbarian, but Edward & Jack are sound British chaps.
Who I was supposed to be guiding around the show and who I continually failed to keep an eye on and allowed to wander off - or wandered off myself.
I am genuinely piss-poor at keeping an eye on kids but since (A) I tend to believe that a bit of independence is good for them and since (B) they turn up eventually, I don’t worry about it.

I went to an amature dramatics play at Stockton in the Forest village hall this evening (two Stocktons in one day!) and the woman next to me told me about the Whitby kerfuffle, she said it nearly made them late. I did wonder if you might have waded in? Or if it was in fact you kicking off because the pie shop was closed?

I had a great day on the Bring and Buy, made over £200! Sold some utter shite too. No figures bought, I've a big Santa list already in. Though I did buy a nice bag full of new brushes, paint, bases, grass and such.

Another Triumph by Leon and crew. Always a brilliant show and free to boot! Good to see everyone as always.

The show was indeed excellent. Well done Leon !

I'm sure Peeler was overheard admitting that his game might look better in 6mm. COTOTS welcomes you brother !
