Given that most of the other Tudor-era rebellions were led by noblemen, I would imagine family-based heraldic devices would be the norm - Norfolk/Northumberland/Westmoreland for the Northern Rebellion (which also used the Five Wounds banner); Wyatt, Throckmorton and Babington for the subsequent revolts. As regards Kett's Rebellion (the 1549 one), how about "the Oak of Reformation"?
