Somehow I missed this. It's really good to see some of your forces on a field of battle - that, after all is what all the painting is about.

Good choice of battle, too. You know, if you wanted to introduce someone to Horse & Musket wargaming, I don't think there's a better battle.

Cheers donald,
My thoughts exactly, now I am pondering what game to put on at Kenilworth 2023.
Done Molwitz 2022, my version of Stitinbad 2019.
1. Either grenadier battalions ausualting defences.
2. Encounter battle 2 forces.
3. Sittangbad but the full version.
4. ?

Funny I was looking at that last night in two Charles Grant books, still pondering.

What about Chotusitz, Willz? Roughly 15 battalions a side, with a few cavalry and some guns. See https://scotiaalbion.blogspot.com/2015/ ... rgame.html for photos that Graham from Crann Tara put up, mate.
If "The System" is the answer, who asked such a bloody stupid question?

Cheers for more useful ideas.

At our age, surely Comfisitz would be more appropriate?
