No they don't, but as you don't remove bases/casualties except when whole units Break it's something Phil and I settled on a while back for most of our Ancient and Medieval collections.
For those interested Matt sculpted his first figures aged 13, an American paratrooper in jump pose which John Bruce at FAA cast up for him. From that he just kept going through school and university and after graduation went full time.
