Inspired by David's flag of the Planta regiment, I remembered some painted old Glory figures I had seen on Ian Hinds ebay sales.
so I bought these last week, they were painted as Swiss in Spanish service. So some ink wash, changed a few colours and brightened up some colours.
I give you the Swiss Planta regiment in French service.

Those have come up a treat! David's flags are a wonderful resource for French flags.
There is no point in being stupid if you don't show it!

Lovely unit, Willz.
(Odd that none of these OG figures are doing the (in)famous "Hi, Steve!" dance, but all seem to have adopted the Elite Miniatures "Is it a bird, is it a plane?" pose.....)
