I've tried it, looks too crowded. 2 ranks looks good.

Not really. Pondered 3 ranks on 40x40s but 4 4x30s in a block seems to look right to me...

Are they quite slender sculpts ? Essex 15mm would be crammed in on a 40mm frontage
