Very nicely done. Is the central figure General Wolfe, with the mourning band for his father on his arm?

It is. I had to buy the British Characters pack as I wanted the Washington figure. So painted Wolfe as well. I didn't know about the band. He's serving Altefritzenburg now and I've just decided that green is their mourning colour...

Decided that this month is "Frogruary" and that I would take advantage of the relatively high local temperatures (above 10 degrees C so suitable for rattle can work) to assemble the two boxes of Wargames Atlantic French Infantry (1916-1940) I bought in a Goblin Games sale last September. On the way, I discovered on the way that another name for Wargames Atlantic plastics is "the land that right arms forgot" due to the absence of "free" right arms. In the end, I had to cannibalise some from my British and German boxes.

Anyway, the assembled - see what I did there?- formation will be the equivalent of a German zug or British platoon (odd that, having invented the word "peloton" the French chose to use the word "Section" instead; I wonder if they also have a phrase for "esprit de corps"?) and have around 60 figures, with supports, since I'm working to the "CoCking Up Through the Mud and the Blood" rule set.

I've been slowly working on recreating all my 28mm Imagination forces in 6mm and have just finished and fitted the flags to some cavalry. All Adler figures.
