The Humbrol satin black (85) is nice. Don't know if they have it in acyrlics though.

I really like Revell paints and they do a good range of blacks. Available at Hobbycraft.

Revell are what I'm increasingly using since the model shop in Llanfair­pwllgwyngyll­gogery­chwyrn­drobwll­llan­tysilio­gogo­goch stocks them. Nice paints TBH, and I like the squat containers which are very hard to knock over!

The shop in Bangor has stopped doing Vallejo. Sadness.
