I have just spent a rather photographically enjoyable weekend at Ramblin Man, the local Rock festival. Saw and took pics of bands with such inspirational names as Dead Man's Whiskey, No Hot Ashes and Gorilla Riot to name but a few. Headline and main bands were Steel Panther (brilliant showmen), Halestorm (female lead guitar and vocals with a voice like honeyed gravel), the Cult (didn't think much of them first time around...opinion hasn't changed), and Mott the Hoople (who haven't aged that well, those that are still drawing breath that is). Going to put some pics on Bookface later when editing is done.

The sort of folk whose obituaries leave you thinking: "Really? I thought they'd died years ago....."
