Re: Penda’s Italian Wars Project thread
That looks good.
Re: Penda’s Italian Wars Project thread
Yes indeed.
I seem to have been missing stuff. Can I take you back to the Italian Wars game in June and say how much I like the look of those irregular bases. Very nice.

I’ve finished the additional Landsknecht pikemen to complete the pike block base. I’ve also finished a second Warbases building, an inn in my world, and a covered well from Iron Gate Scenery ~
As ever, more about these on my blog.

My completed village for the Italian Wars project, at least for now. San Filippe seems an appropriate name ~
There’s more about it on my blog as ever. Two buildings are from Charlie Foxtrot, two made from Warbases’ Modular Buildings and extras, the Lion Head drinking fountain and the ancient well are from Iron Gate Scenery, and finally, the fountain from Grand Manner.

Re: Penda’s Italian Wars Project thread
David, I have just had a good go through of the blog and am now up to date on the progress of this project. I really enjoyed the battle report, and the pictures were a feast of colour and splendour, made me very sad about selling of my own Renaissance collections all those years ago. But that regret is more than compensated by my pleasure at these lovely figures and terrain. Spectacular, and loving the basing. Dioramic basing just looks so good, and you have created some works of art here.
Rules? You ask me what rules do I use. No, I don't do rules.

Thanks chaps, hard to say more as I’m slightly overwhelmed by Tim’s response. I’m off to Jockshire tomorrow to take in Claymore and meet my chums from oop north. Looking forward to my first proper Wargames show since the hip op! I have a List!
