Is that a "for sale" sign outside? If so, someone should consider buying it for a full-time wargames cave.

It was on the market for years, I think that it was sold last year but I don't know if anything has been done with it.

I had similar thoughts about the Jehovah's Witnesses Hall near here but the lottery didn't come up. I'd even pondered on the need to set up my own religion to avoid business rates etc.
