WANT: (1) North Star 1672 Officer & (2) 28mm dog
(1) Just one dismounted officer figure needed to be a "great commander" for a 15mm Tangiers garrison army - yes, I know, a weak joke, and not even mine, but I like the look. If I was being picky, I would prefer one from packs GS11 or GS12, rather than from GS10; if I was being really picky, either of the two right-hand-side figures in either pack, with either a narrow-brimmed hat and/or the cuffs half-way up the sleeves. But hey, I'll take whatever I can get.

(2) A dog to go with a 28mm Prince Rupert foot figure. It can look like a full-size poodle or not, but no dachshunds, westies, or shih tzus please (although it might be amusing to team one up one of the latter with a Sun Tzu).
Cash, swap., or a pint next time we meet.

Think I can satisfy your need for a dog - 28mm Otter Hound Running?
It was produced by Dags as a Frothers charity model and I seem to have 2 of them.
Can deliver at SELWG - will settle for a pint sometime in the future
Edit:
Found a piccy:

One day we will stump LT’s ability to supply a figure on demand. But today is not that day

Looks sufficiently poodle-ish for my purposes, thank you. How does it look next to 28mm figures?levied troop wrote: ↑Thu Oct 11, 2018 5:56 pm Think I can satisfy your need for a dog - 28mm Otter Hound Running?
Unfortunately, I shan't be at SELWG this year, but I shall be at Warfare on the Sunday. I suspect that a friend will be working on the Dave Lanchester Books stand, so can I suggest you drop if off there and I'll collect at Warfare (I'll confirm he'll be there in due course). Thanks.

It’s about waist height to a standing TAG Tudor, Otter Hounds are quite big buggers.
PM me the drop off details - did you still want the Salute 18 tommy?

LT, the enabler and habitual lead pusher...
He’s like one of those shady spice merchants or black market dealers in old pulp books.
We should have a thread dedicated to seeing who can make a figure suggestion that LT hasn’t got...
LT, have you any miniature Alpaca/llama?

That sounds just the job, Senor Troop. I shall contact Mr Lanchester and see if he is prepared to act as my "mule" (I may - or may not - tell him that he doesn't need to conceal it anywhere unpleasant; depends how whimsical I'm feeling.....).levied troop wrote: ↑Fri Oct 12, 2018 7:20 am It’s about waist height to a standing TAG Tudor, Otter Hounds are quite big buggers.

I don't think the Salute Tommy was me - senior moment, perhaps?
