If there’s anybody sitting there in a warm tenapad, with a tartan rug over their knees, who remembers how cheques work, and who’s going to Ayton...

Would you be kind enough to add £8:50 to their cheque to the good Baron, and I’ll reimburse you at our distinguished gathering?

There’s a packet of Werther’s originals in it for you....

That’s very civil of you - much obliged.

Sadly, you have too many armed fanatics poised on the Gange/Kumbayah for me to safely tease you about being old....

Dice arrived this morning. Very nice, thanks. The blue Scottish ones are particularly pretty. Although test throws show they aren't rolling any higher than the Tudor ones :(
Cheque for mine and Norms in the post tomorrow.

Thanks everyone. I hope to post the Antipodean subscribers' cubes of despair tomorrow (as well as having another go at posting Norman's as someone at the post office has just delivered them back to me, despite the stamp being on the same side as Norman's address and mine having the word "SENDER" written in front of it. Possibly one of the temporary elves they employ in the run-up to Xmas.

So the race is on: North Island (11,500 miles), Adelaide (10,300 miles) and Tyneside (320) - who will get their package first?

Good. Personally, I would have preferred a darker blue, but it is what it is.
