They are redolent of certain field crews with whom I have worked, although we prefer the boonie hat or the slouch hat.

A mate of mine used to wear a piss helmet in PNG.

Here's the rest of the White Man expedition. Finish the basing for the Zanzibaris next, then on to finish my Forest Tribes. Need to source some DA spears. Had forgotten they didn't come with the minis. 12 quid for 10 spears seems a bit steep on the Foundry site, but I think I may prefer the more caricaturish cast spears over wire for this project.
