Looks right up Norm's passage.

Another Vappa under the belt. I was quite restrained purchase wise, most stuff was pre-ordered, very little in the impulse buy department. Met up with GM, CB, EB, Tim, Peeler and a very tender Norm for a beer afterwards. Some good looking games on show as always. It’s always a worthwhile show to attend

Well, that’s another Vappa, then. Spent very little at the show: one bag of tree stumps and a couple of Semoventes for WaT.
In hindsight, arriving first thing Saturday and going on a one man drink frenzy so that by the time everybody else arrived I was ready to crash was ill-advised. I did buy a load of half price knitwear and some lovely cosy slippers though.
And stroked many puppies.
Another Vappa with too much of the same stuff too be seen, if I’m honest. And I bloody hate the crowds an’all.
Lovely to see everybody, though.
Note to self - go and see some different shows this year, Landings, you laggard.

I wondered what the f*** you were babbling on about "lovely fluffy slippers" for.
Smashing day & evening of food & beery products yesterday with EB and a partial Norman, ending in the very pub - The Bay Horse - that a Mr Richard Turpin was taken from on his trip to the gallows. Apparently. Good day had today, after a much required breakfast, as always in good company. Bought only a few old wargame books & a DBR rule book, some of which I may have owned before. I resisted the urge for ECW stuff, painted plastic Romans and other desirable stuff.

If you can still type, not enough.
Re: York Vapnartak 2019
Decent day. Got much of what was on my list. Some nice books, paints, tufts etc. Figure wise not much, Artizan African spearmen for my Moorish LR army, which will finish a unit I have. A fair few Museum Miniatures as a test project to make up some DbECW units. Yes I know about DbR but I also know its shit so hoping we can re-gig DbN to suit.

Do you mean, how many did I buy and how many did Iain buy me?
You had four in total. But you only had a carrot for lunch.
