A pair of Renault FT-17’s from Empress’ VBCW range... cheap (2-points!) support options for CoC.

Are Renault FT17s a euphemism for little blue pills then?

More like supermarket economy-brand rohypnol: devastating against those with no resistance, a mere inconvenience to those made of sterner stuff.

The last batch of planes has arrived, from David Schmid of Armaments in miniature. He advertises these as resin, but they are not the brittle horrible resin I imagined, the plastic is quite flexible , better detailed than the Shapeways and WOG originals, and quite robust looking. I got a couple of their CY6 flight stands (taller than Coresec's and potentially more stable). So, time to start dremelling.

A pair of Leo 451s - bloody huge bastards, and a pair of Curtiss H-75s

Image
MS 406 and Me s 109 and 110, shame about the breakage of the 110s tail, but a hot pin and some filler should make it ok.

The whole package, shame I have no US$0.01 coins, I'll have to get some suitable sized washers. But those CY6 stands are stable already and much higher than the Coresec ones.

Gamemat from Gamemat.eu arrived today. Just in time before Brexit!

It's lovely! Best bit of scenery I've bought in a while. Well worth £50.

You could save on caulk by not washing your bedsheets. They may be a bit too stiff in hindsight though.
