Met up with LT and CB for some lunch and a great chat. Had a brief chat with Fred at his stand and one with Crann Tara who claims he can now buy a small island in the Caribbean thanks to Gary’s purchases. Fun day out. I bought two Perry command packs and a scantily clad female Hussar figure to make vignettes for my French Naps and an almost completely naked Wee Maggie to lead my SYW Scots.

An excellent day, made many sales and good chat with the above and a few new people.

Well. I hope you all had a good day. I can only apologise to Leon & others for not being there. I was certain it was tomorrow.
To be fair, on the Battleground website, it's not clearly stated, except the part that clearly states "SATURDAY 25/11/17".
Ffs.
I am well pissed off. Only realised about midday when I turned my phone on, & saw txt from TimW saying 'Where are you', to which I smugly replied 'Its tomorrow you plum'. Only to realise that it was in fact today.
And I'd arranged not to go beering tonight, so as to be up & sober Sunday. And, as I'm not now gaming on Sunday, I am free to help with the Christmas decorations at the Village Hall.
Ffs.
