It is quite depressing though, to compare those recently-painted Flanqueurs to the Old Guard I did nearly 25 years ago... I can still manage to paint to a good standard, but it's nowhere near as good as it was... :(

I think the quality of my painting is probably still improving, marginally.......what's getting worse is my attention span. I just can't be arsed - it all seem like such a chore. You should be very chuffed with these, come what may.

Mine's improved, mainly because I can see by using loops on my specs!My early figures look like they were painted in the dark!
