Re: What are people buying?
No problem May is fine, I think I have a use for them...especially if I can find another couple

Just when my purchasing had become managable my favourite figure producer comes out with a new range. Greatcoated Germans from Crusader!

Now you need winter terrain to go with them.
Then you can do Ardennes, Siegfried Line, etc!

Just ordered Pikeperson's Lament. Been itching to do some pike and shot and the beauty of these rules is they can be quickly introduced to anyone. Now, how big? 15, 28 or 54?

I might be tempted into Ospreys ‘Kobolds and Cobblestones’ when it’s released. Premise looks a lot of fun. You put a gang together, comprising of various fantasy races, in an attempt to take control of the criminal underworld.

187. No man would do less.
Having picked up my first wargames magazine in a couple of years (WS&S) because it had a special on the 80 Years War I’m getting tempted to use Pikeman’s Lament and complete my existing Spanish/Dutch forces when I have a spare half hour next year.
I get lockdown, but I get up again.

I have a long-term (ie. no clue as to when) plan to round out my existing 28mm c17th skirmish forces for PL. One lot will be traditional western European, the other lot TAG Cossacks.
Tim - 28mm gives you a head-start if we ever decide to do this sort of period at Ayton.. Although I think we'd lose a few people on that one!
