I've got a few packs from the KS to get sorted and some rather nice buildings too...…….must stop flitting about and find something to concentrate on!

Little Britons French infantry. Part of my birthday present. I'm trying an experiment with the preparation. I've deflashed them and given them a scrub. Now they're having a few minutes in the ultrasonic cleaner in neat cider vinegar from the pet food store.

I stopped soaking figures in vinegar after someone on The Place We Don Not Name suggested that lead acetate might be a precursor to lead rot. Of course, if these are just tin and zinc it won't be a problem.
