Wouldn't some aluminium mesh and some H beam plastruct have been as quick?

Managed to get to Boyes today by walking back home from hospital. Needed the exercise. So picked up paint, thinners, miliput, gloss cote all the basic necessities to keep me going until next year, which is probably when I'll get out again.

For Ayton last year I made some cheaply and quickly with kebab skewers and the plastic oven chip mesh off Amazon

I'm probably just being lazy. I've dropped the seller a message to see if he could do damaged fence sections for a post apocalypse look. If not, I could just damage a couple of pieces myself. I've mounted the posts on large washers for stability. That way I can insert the panels however I like.
