Almost two weeks ago packages were sent to me from Aventine, A&A and LBM. So far not one of them has arrived. Either Royal Mail is more incompetent than ever or there's a lot of dishonesty about in the organisation. It's put me right off ordering more!
There is no point in being stupid if you don't show it!

If it's not quite two weeks, then I'm not sure you need to panic just yet. I've not had a package go missing in the last three months, either orders or eBay; ditto for all the ones I've sent out - all have arrived safely. My wife and #2 son have also been ordering lots of stuff on line and nothing has gone missing. Maximum time for 2nd Class has been about seven days, although the guy at the PO always says allow at least ten, and about half that for 1st Class.

I know that a lot of temporary staff were taken on to replace people who had gone down with the coronavirus, but this was a while back and applied across the UK.

Just back from SCBU and I asked Freya what she wanted to buy me for Fathers Day and she gave me a look that said "Lots of figures Daddy! Maybe some Carthaginians from the Crusader special offer!" I can't let her down.

It would be rude to say no.

Post generally is slow at the moment. I've recently had 3 orders from the UK, usually taking about 2 weeks each to OZ. 6 weeks for 2 of the 3 & 3 for the third. All sent within 24 hours of ordering - delay is in the post office somewhere

Definitely part of the problem as post within OZ doesn't seem to be much slower than usual.
