Yes, the lists specifically cover this one.

They are but very early Republicans. I have the velites and they're awesome. I passed on loads of bags of the rank and file from Col. Bill as they wouldnt have mixed with what I currently have. Check Col. Bills out, he may still have them?

Anyone know or have 1st corps ancients alongside newline or foundry?
Re: pointy stick advice 28mm greek Cavalry
I did have but sold the 1st corps. They are very animated so look a bit of a disorganised rabble which I didnt like for well drilled Romans. Otherwise they matched up sizewise. Newline being possibly slighty bigger. I like my Newlines but not many poses, the Triari are great with kneeling poses.FreddBloggs wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2020 3:33 pm Anyone know or have 1st corps ancients alongside newline or foundry?
I thought 1st corps were a little cartoony, but you could say that about Foundry so I'd guess they would sit better with Foundry and scale wise too.
1st corps worked out very expensive for what you get. Newline are cheap as chips, probably about half the price for a 24 man unit if you get their show deal of 20% off. I think I was paying £17 for a 24 man bag of Newline and around £40+ for 1st corps, which I didn't rate as much.
