Actually I think it was drafts on two devices and hitting the button on the second device once without realising it had been hit a first time on the other device. Doh. Operator error. PEBCAK.

With Newline do you normally get an acknowledgement of the order? I haven't seen anything. Not to say it isn't well in hand, but...

Yes, you should get an e-mail with details of the order.
