Either
Small headcount obviously is higher cost
Alternatives all sound good and if Iain and buff are here for a few days we might get more than one in ?

Gee, I sure hope you guys dont die and stuff.
If you do, can I have all your soldiers?

I agree that £70 pp for the hall is a little steep, so I'm happy for a game at Alex's or Simon's, assuming either is willing to host.
As for catering, I hope we can get together at least one evening for food. But, my plan is to get some walking in, so I'd best not commit until I know how timings will pan out. Beer on the other hand.........happy to make myself available every evening.

Can't justify £70 as I'll likely only make the one day so happy to downsize. I'd just be happy to see people who dont need constant nappy changing to be honest. So hopefully there'll be someone about other than the rest of you.

I’ve just been nudged to come and look at this thread. So I came to look. But it’s 19 pages. I’m not reading that.
Long story short: it’s a YES from me.
To whatever. £70 hall? Yes. Alternative to hall? Yes. What game? Yes. (See, this is where it stops being helpful.) Still a yes to anything, though.

Greys? Too classy. Idols FTW. The stickiest floors and almost infinite variations on the theme of: ‘ladies, get yer kit off for a bottle of lambrini’

Sadly missed. There’s a hotel on the site now. Bet you can catch herpes in the ground floor rooms just from the residual levels of infection.
